DropBeam Terms of Use

These terms apply to DropBeam, a KharaApps app.
License
DropBeam is licensed to you through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may use it on any device you own that is signed in with your Apple ID.
Purchases
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. There is no subscription. You can restore the purchase on any of your devices from inside the app. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your responsibility
DropBeam acts on your files only when you ask it to, and it is designed so nothing is deleted permanently. Even so, you are responsible for your files, and we recommend keeping a backup of anything important, as with any file-management tool.
No warranty
DropBeam is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version always lives at this address.
