KharaApps Terms of Use

These terms cover every KharaApps app: Duplicate Media Cleaner, Duplicate Document Cleaner, DropBeam, Ferry, GigaBack and Stamped.
License
Our apps are licensed to you through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may use them on any device you own that is signed in with your Apple ID.
Purchases
Pro upgrades are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple. There are no subscriptions. Purchases can be restored on any of your devices from inside the app. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your responsibility
Our apps move, rename, or send files to the Trash only when you ask them to, and they are designed so nothing is deleted permanently. Even so, you are responsible for your files, and we recommend keeping a backup of anything important, as with any file-management tool.
No warranty
The apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Changes
We may update these terms as the apps evolve. The current version always lives at this address.
