Duplicate Media Cleaner — Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms govern your use of Duplicate Media Cleaner. By using the app you agree to them, and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where these Terms are silent.

License

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Duplicate Media Cleaner on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store Terms of Service.

Purchases

The app is free to download. “Pro” is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks extra features and restores across your Apple devices. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

Your content

Duplicate Media Cleaner operates on files you choose, on your device. You are responsible for your files and for keeping backups. Always review duplicates before moving them to Trash.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that every duplicate or look-alike is detected, or that detection is accurate for every file.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data, from your use of the app. Keep backups of important files.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is posted in the app and on this page.
